HOW TO ORDER

Orders may be placed by calling 941-923-0200. Orders must be placed by 3pm, two days prior to shipping or pick-up. Minimums may apply on certain items to help regulate overstocked items in our freezer.

We bake your order the day it will be shipped. We ship FedEx two day air service for out of state orders. We have and will ship FedEx two day ground service, but have had some issues with packages not delivered in time to prevent spoilage. Therefore, we do not recommend, nor guarantee, two day ground service for perishable items. If you wish to have us ship two day ground, we accept NO responsibility. FedEx does not guarantee ground service for perishable items.

A credit card number will be taken at the time of ordering. If order is emailed, please include your phone number and we will call you for your credit card information or call us with the information. Please do not include your credit card information in the email as this is not a secure site.

SHIPPING

All orders will be charged to your credit card prior to shipping and will include shipping charges. We do not add a packaging, and handling fees. Our cost for shipping is exactly what FedEx charges us.

We do not estimate the cost of shipping prior to shipping, since the total varies based on destination, size of box and weight.

Prices:
All prices are subject to change without notice.
We accept MC, Visa and Discover Cards.
Payment is due prior to shipping.

Out of Stock:
Occasionally we are out of stock on an item.
These will need to be re-ordered or make a suitable substitution.

Returns:
We do not accept returns on any items. Store credit is given if product is defective due to production.
UPS should be notified if packaging is damaged upon receipt.
ALL ITEMS NEED TO BE FROZEN UPON RECEIPT!
