I was visiting Sarasota in late March and heard of your bakery through my extended family. I am allergic to gluten/wheat and decided to try one of your brownies and a piece of carrot cake. Oh my gosh, your baking was so delicious I could not believe it. Honestly, I would have fallen over had I not been sitting down. I cannot remember the last time I actually enjoyed a baked item! And my 5 year old daughter enjoyed the fact that we shared the treats…she kept saying “Mommy, this is such a delicious brownie”, and “Mommy, this is the best carrot cake ever!”…Really and truly, it was such an experience savoring those treats. I cannot even put it into words! Warmest Regards, Rae- Ottawa, Ontario, Canada
Last but not least - Island GF Bakery was the BEST place we visited while down there. I don't know what they are doing at this bakery, but whatever it is, it blows away every gluten free bakery we've been to, or ordered from. Their muffins are edible four days after they're made - stored on the counter. Their sandwich bread and cinnamon raisin breads are the best I've had. Their French bread is edible without heating - I've had gf French bread made in France and it's NOT edible without heating. The carrot cake and key lime pie were among the best we've had in life - including all gluten versions. TIffany
First bite…I was in burger heaven. The bread was sweet- almost treat like… it was more like a nice gourmet hamburger bun you would find in an "upscale" burger joint. Nicely done! Another 800 points because it didn't fall apart with the mustard on it! A lot of GF bread falls apart if it gets "wet" but this one held on and tasted fantastic! Loved it! For dinner I decided to try the Mini-French bread from Island GF. Again, not too bad in the nutrition department! 6g of fiber! Plus it's made with Olive Oil and not butter- so the extra fat in there you know is healthy fat! I defrosted this in the micro for two minutes then popped it in the oven in some tinfoil for five minutes. It toasted up perfectly- no burned spots- and not squishy at all. I love toasty bread. Again- it sliced perfectly when I cracked it open- not a crumble to be found. What luck! The taste? Out of this world. French bread has that nice sweet taste to it that makes you top it with gobs of butter and dip in marinara sauce… well at least for me it does. And this was NO exception to my French bread hankering! I topped it with gobs of Smart Balance and literally inhaled it. It was so good! Perfect! The texture wasn't CHEWY or sticky like other GF breads. It was just amazing. I know, I know, I'm so tough to please! But seriously- excellent! I definitely wish I had more of these- they were a perfect.- godairyfree.com review
Your gluten free hamburger/sandwich rolls are the best! Nothing has even come close in taste and texture. Cranberry & orange muffins are delicious- can you move to Pennsylvania?
While vacationing in Siesta Key, FL I discovered a wonderful Gluten Free Bakery full of delicious breads, pies, & cakes-It was Heaven! The food was fabulous. The breads were the best I have ever eaten and I have been on a gf diet for 20 years. Thank you, Doug H.

I think your bread is the best I’ve found anywhere! Also enjoyed your hamburger buns. Tried the pizza and that is also very good. I really think you have a great thing going and wish you a lot of success!
