We created our formulation in February 2006 on the Island of Siesta Key Florida.   The formulation was very unique then and still is today!

We were the pioneers of exclusively gluten free bakeries in the state of Florida and one of the few in the USA. 

From the beginning our mission has been to offer superior gluten free products that include 
healthier gluten free whole grains.  Our current gluten-free product line includes a large selection of dairy-free, casein-free, and some vegan options.
