GRANOLA---made with ORGANIC COCONUT OIL!  

Any dairy we use is without rBst HORMONE and we still use our least refined ORGANIC CANE JUICE in the majority of our sweet treats.

EXCLUSIVELY GLUTEN-FREE BAKERY IN SARASOTA

We began baking gluten free in 2006 on the Island of Siesta Key- at the request of Mrs. Stella Peters, a newly diagnosed Celiac.

Our brand is Stellar Gluten Free and was created by us eight years ago, focusing on better nutrition. At that time we were pioneers of gluten free bakeries and one of the first brands to use whole grain flours! Stellar accurately describes our product and in tribute to Mrs. Stella Peters!

Stellar products are similar to wheat like in texture and taste like your old time favorites. Stellar Gluten Free mixes are so versatile that we can make several items vegan as well!

We are a gluten free facility- everything is gluten-free and soy-free, with the majority of our items also dairy-free and casein-free. Almost everything can be made vegan but must be pre-ordered.

HOW EVERYTHING BEGUN

It all began in October 2005 when my sister Kim and her partner Vickie purchased a small ice cream parlor on the island of Siesta Key in SARASOTA FLORIDA. Kim had a full time job so I offered to help out for a little while (haha!). To help boost sales we started baking with spelt as I felt it was a healthier grain. ??

In February 2006, Mrs. Stella Peters, who was visiting the Key from the north, came in and said the baked goods smelled lovely but she couldn't have any because she had just found out she has Celiac Disease. She asked if we could make something for her. ??

Research led to experimenting and then committing to become an EXCLUSIVELY GLUTEN-FREE BAKERY!

HOW TO ORDER

Although we bake from scratch daily, we highly recommend you call ahead to place an order to ensure availability of the items you may be interested in purchasing fresh baked.   

To place an order, please call two to three days in advance.
