BREADS---made with COLD PRESSED EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL & SUGAR FREE

ALL MUFFINS, CAKES, WAFFLES, BROWNIES---made with ORGANIC COCONUT OIL AND COLD PRESSED EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL!
 
GRANOLA---made with ORGANIC COCONUT OIL!  

OUR STORY


We have been baking gluten free since 2006.  Our bakery began inside a ice cream parlor which was owned by my sister Kim and her partner Vickie.  Mrs. Stella Peters came into the bakery and requested we make something for her.  The BIG catch was that she couldn't have gluten!  We researched flours, gums, starches and came up with our own formulation and it was a big hit from the very first muffin!  Our flour combinations have been trademarked as "Stellar". 

We bake fresh, from scratch, Monday through Saturday.  Almost everything is dairy free/casein free and can be made vegan.  You may call us to place and order or stop in and purchase fresh or frozen baked goods.
